Most people spend a third of their adult lives at work. Work defines people in the most basic way, which is one reason why retirement is difficult for many people. As a psychologist, I am involved in finding ways to reduce workplace stress, studying people’s motivation and job satisfaction.

- Myers- Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and DiSC profiles are used in coaching and team development. Both are useful tools for helping staff understand their current patterns of behaviour as well as helping them move toward a better understanding of their colleagues.
